About Me
Caroline Vass BOst
Welcome to my website. I'm Caroline Vass, a registered Osteopath graduating from the British School of Osteopathy (University College of Osteopathy) in 2005.

Following a successful career in television, my interest in rugby led to me retraining in Sports Massage, Osteopathy. and Medical Acupuncture.

I treat pain in people of all ages, including expectant mothers and their babies, athletes wanting to be fit to compete and individuals who want to continue with their hobbies and activities.

My approach to treatment is through hands on treatment such as massage, joint manipulation and acupuncture, but I also strongly believe in postural education and the prescription of exercises, which allows the individual to better understand and manage their own health and wellbeing.

I am particularly interested in working with people who are living with degenerative hips, whether they are awaiting surgery or have recently undergone the operation. My interest comes from personal experience of the procedure and my journey back to full fitness.

Outside of clinic hours I'm a keen skier, an avid follower of Saracens and England Rugby and I enjoy worldwide travel. I have been fortunate enough to explore Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council, the Institute of Osteopathy and the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
